Property

The Property ministry oversees the maintenance of Memorial Drive Lutheran's buildings, grounds, and equipment.  The ministry is responsible for the proper maintenance, imporvements and repair of all church property, including the general appearance and safety of the congregational buildings, grounds and equipment.

Functions of Property Ministry: provide planning for church property, provide repair and maintenance of church property, and provide protection of church property.

Responsibilities of Property Ministry: maintenance of interior and exterior buildings, landscaping,maintenance of parking lot, equipment/supplies for maintenance only, permanent fixtures and furnishings, capital improvements, playground and neighbor relations.

The Property ministry holds several All-Church Work Days throughout the year to assist in cleaning and beautifying our campus.
